    Aspen Total Automotive has proudly served the valley for 49 years. We’re now owned and operated by two lifetime Aspen locals who are dedicated to keeping our community safely on the road.

  • Are your mechanics certified?

    Yes. Our team includes ASE-certified Master Mechanics with years of experience and deep expertise in diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

  • What kind of warranty do you offer?

    We stand behind our work. Most repairs include a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor (longer in some cases—ask us for details).

  • Can you help with seasonal vehicle prep?

    Definitely. We offer seasonal tire swaps, winterization, summer road trip checks, A/C unit repairs, and even vehicle storage services. We’ll make sure your car is ready for the mountain roads—no matter the season.

  • Do you offer inspections and estimates?

    Absolutely. We provide digital vehicle inspections with photos and videos, plus clear and upfront estimates—no surprises. We’ll always walk you through what’s urgent, what’s optional, and what can wait.

  • Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

    We highly recommend making an appointment, especially during peak seasons. You can call us, or book online.

  • Do you offer loaner vehicles or pickup & drop offs?

    Yes, we offer loaner cars for a small daily fee. For repairs, we do offer concierge pickup and drop-offs for $200.

  • Do you work with fleet accounts or businesses?

    Yes—we proudly service local fleet customers, including property managers, hotels, and limo companies. If you manage a business with vehicle needs, ask us about our fleet maintenance program.

  • Who owns Aspen Total Automotive?

    We’re proudly owned by STM HOLDINGS (stmholdings.com). STM was founded by two Aspen locals, Sarah Chiles & Matthew Ferguson, with the mission of keeping Aspen locally owned and operated by acquiring & modernizing legacy businesses.
